- 1/2 container honey Oikos
- Heaping tsp ground golden flax seeds
- Generous handfull of blueberries (raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup granola
Even better in the lovely cherry blossom bowls from Parker's mom.

Any chance you can start posting calories per serving?

ReplyDelete1/2 honey oikos = 125 cals
1/4 c granola = 100 cals
flax seeds = 40/50 cals
berries = 30/50 cals
That's a great start to the day and I usually have a banana around 10 or 10:30 so I'm not starving by lunchtime.
