- After attending undergrad at the University of Chicago I moved back to Billings, MT and now work in the family business as a real estate broker. After shovelling junk into my face throughout college, drinking too much and not exercising enough I made the decision to get healthy last winter. 16 lbs later, I'm a happier, more well rounded and fulfilled version of my former self. Oh, and my old jeans fit again :) I don't eat much meat, but I love vegetables, fruit, greek yogurt, and red wine (in moderation, of course). Thanks for taking the time to read this blog- it's such a wonderful opportunity to put my little nutritional adventures out into the world. Thoughts? Suggestions? I'm all ears.
